From land to handover
Incorporated in 2011, the company describes its strength as direct involvement in land acquisition, approval work, practical planning, on-ground development and customer communication. It has deliberately pursued a small number of projects rather than a high-volume model.
Its first published project was Dreamz Aishwarya, opposite Eldeco Imperia, followed by 26 duplex homes at Blossom Villa near DLF Garden City. Blossom Villa Premium at Jaitikheda is the current flagship plotted project.
